Coaching Services

 

Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation

Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance of the start of the appointment time without penalty. An appointment is considered cancelled if a client does not attempt to reschedule prior to 24 hours in advance of the start time of the appointment. Any rescheduling or cancellations under 24 hours may result in a fee. Coaches are free to use their discretion in cases of illness or extenuating circumstances. Fees will be automatically charged to client’s card on file.

                                                                                                                    

Fees associated with late rescheduling or cancellation of Coaching Services (less than 24 hours in advance) will be as follows:

Single Sessions:  100% of session price

Coaching Packages: late reschedules/cancelled sessions will be subtracted from the total number of sessions included in the package following the first late reschedule/cancellation in the current package.

 

Discontinuation of Services

Coaching services can be discontinued at any time for individual clients under the following circumstances:

·       Client provides written request to close services via email sent to info@iichange.com or their coach. So long as 24 hours’ notice is given before the next session, clients are eligible for a refund equaling the value of the quantity of sessions they have remaining until the package termination date. Clients that give less than 24 hours’ notice before their next scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of that appointment.

·       Client coaching packages will be considered void if the Client has a total of three late cancellations (less than 24 hours advance notice) and/or three late reschedules (less than 24 hours advance notice) in a 2 month period. The Client will not receive a refund in this circumstance.

·       Coach deems his or her coaching services are not appropriate for the client at this time and makes a referral to another coach or specialist such as a mental health or healthcare provider. Refunds may be made available on a case by case basis.

·       Client is engaging in verbal or physical harassment, aggression, or intimidation toward the coach or other employees/contractors of iiChange in iiChange’s sole and absolute discretion. Clients will not be eligible for a refund under these circumstances.

 

Webinars

Public Webinar (Single Session)

Clients can receive a full refund on their purchase of a single session webinar until 24 hours in advance of the start of the session. Clients are no longer eligible for a refund after that time.

 

Public Webinar Series

Clients can receive a full refund on their purchase until the start of the second session in a series. After that time, Clients can receive a refund of the value of the remaining sessions until the end of the series. Once the final session in a series has begun, Clients are no longer eligible for a refund.

 

Private Webinar Series

Private webinars are closed to the public and reserved by a company, organization, or group. These are scheduled with input from the private group.

 

Rescheduling of a Private Webinar Series Session: Individuals can reschedule a private webinar series session within 48 hours of the start time without a fee once. A second reschedule under 48 hours will result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

 

Cancellation of a Private Webinar Series Session: If a private webinar series is not rescheduled prior to the start of the webinar and no attendees show up, the webinar will be considered cancelled, and the full price of the session will be charged to reschedule.

 

If a Client decides to cancel one or more sessions of a Private Webinar Series, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund dependent on the amount of notice:

·       Sessions cancelled over 30 days prior will receive a 75% refund of total session value

·       Sessions cancelled 14 days prior to start will receive a 50% refund of total session value

·       Sessions cancelled 7- 14 prior will receive a 25% refund of total session value

·       Sessions cancelled under 7 days will not receive a refund.

 

Self-Directed Courses

Clients who have completed less than 30% of the course content are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days after initial purchase.

 

Refund Processing Timelines for All Services

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as soon as reasonably practicable with an estimated refund processed within 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel.  Please note depending on the bank, refunds can take up to an additional 10 days to appear in a Client’s bank account after we process the request.
